Real Deal Radiators Ltd was started back in 1993 by David Sluiter and family, Growing the company has been tough but thanks to our customers and support from our suppliers, we now have a full sized workshop with more tools and machinery than your ordinary Radiator Repair shop. We started Building Aluminium Radiators in 2003 and have grown in this department  our goal has been to have the least amount of visible welds as possible and creating the smoothest shiniest custom aluminium radiators.

The Radiator tanks are hand made starting out as a flat sheet of 2mm marine grade aluminium (3mm intercooler and oilcooler tanks). The aluminium is cut, folded, pressed, drilled and all fittings, mounts are made and machined up, polished then all tig welded together a process that takes hours of work.

Aluminium Radiators

• Custom built radiators to the customers needs.

• welded along the lower edge of the tank hiding the tank to core welds.

• Provide between 20~30% more cooling than a standard radiator.

• Are capable of handling high Revving high performance motors.

• All Radiators are fully polished.

Core's Used

Brass radiator cores are supplied by a number of top suppliers.. 

Aluminium cores are supplied by the highest quality Core suppliers when building a custom radiator.
